Ingredients
- Squid (boiled) – 400 g
- Octopus (boiled) – 300 g
- Celery (stems) – 100 g
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 30 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the squid, octopus, greens and celery stalks.
Mix everything, add wine vinegar and garlic passed through the press.
Add salt, pepper, season with oil and mix. The salad should stand in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
