Funchosa, or as it is also called, glass noodles, tasteless in itself. This allows it to be perfectly combined with most products. Refueling plays a key role in such dishes. I offer a simple recipe for a traditional salad.
Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Rice vinegar - 30 ml
- Sesame oil - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 60 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water and leave it under the lid for 5 minutes.
Cut carrots and celery into thin cubes.
Boil water in a small saucepan, add salt, sugar and wait until they completely dissolve.
Turn off the heat, add soy sauce, vinegar and both types of oil.
Squeeze garlic through a press, add spices and mix. Leave the dressing under the lid for 10 minutes.
Mix the funchosa, celery, carrots and fried mushrooms.
Pour in the prepared dressing, mix and send the salad to the refrigerator for half an hour.
The finished salad can be decorated with herbs, seeds or lemon slices.
