Preparing for a festive feast, housewives usually prefer puff salads. The same ingredients that would just be mixed, in the form of layers look much more beautiful. I share a simple recipe for meat salad.
Ingredients
- Beef (boiled) – 300 g
- Beetroot (boiled) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Korean carrots - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Apples - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 180 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop beef, peeled apples, onions and potatoes.
Peel and grate the beets.
Put the beef on a plate, season with salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
Then lay out the onion and potatoes in layers. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise again.
Spread the apples evenly and then the beets. Pepper, salt and smear with mayonnaise.
Put carrots mixed with mayonnaise on top. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
