I really like light seafood and greens. It energizes great, restores strength and does not create a feeling of heaviness in the stomach. I have a lot of recipes on this topic. Salad with shrimp, spinach and avocado is one of them.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp (boiled tails) – 350 g
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Spinach (baby) – 1 bundle
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Olive oil - 3 art.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Sea salt - to taste
  • Water (boiling water) – 500 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the boiled shrimp tails with boiling water and put them on a towel to dry.

Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Baby spinach wash and shake off the water.

In a wide salad bowl, mix spinach, shrimp, avocado, oil, salt and ground pepper.

Gently mix the salad with special tongs, trying not to make unnecessary movements.
