Ingredients
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Asparagus - 150 g
- Mango - 1 piece
- Quinoa - 100 g
- Radish - 6 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Green peas - 150 g
- Sprouted grains - 1 handful
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut off the hard parts of the asparagus, add salt and send it to the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Boil the quinoa until cooked according to the instructions.
Wash and peel the mushrooms, fry them for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
Randomly chop the remaining ingredients and mix the salad.
Season it with olive oil.
