Incredibly tasty and satisfying olivier is obtained from veal. Soft and tender in itself, it is much better and healthier than sausage. This option is suitable even for children. Especially if you prepare the dressing yourself, although this is not necessary.
Ingredients
- Veal - 300 g
- Green peas - 150 g
- Corn - 100 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Apples - 1 stua
- Sour cream (or lean mayonnaise) – 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil veal, eggs, carrots and potatoes separately from each other until tender.
When everything cools down, cut the ingredients for the olivier into cubes.
Add corn and peas, and season as desired.
Season the olivier with sour cream or lean mayonnaise.
