Perhaps this is one of the most complex and unusual salads among my favorites. But I still recommend not to be afraid and cook it to try it yourself. The combination of smoked chicken, mint and soy-tomato sauce will not leave anyone indifferent.
Ingredients
For Salad:
- Smoked chicken - 250 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Corn - 1 bank
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Mint - 1 bundle
For dressing:
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Hot red pepper - 1 pinch
- Ginger - 1 pinch
- Garlic - 2 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into feathers and scald with boiling water.
Cut carrots and peppers into thin strips, chicken into strips.
Chop the mint, add the corn and mix the salad.
Remove the skin from the tomato and chop it in a blender.
Add spices, crushed garlic and soy sauce to it, mix.
Season the salad with this sauce.
