Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Celery - 3 of the stem
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender. Add the chopped beets and potatoes, and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
Randomly cut the carrot and celery into cubes. Also send it to borscht.
Cook for another 10-15 minutes. Add spices and chopped herbs, and after 2 minutes remove the borscht from the heat.
