Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 250 g
- Feta - 100 g
- Olives (without a bone) – handful
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Lettuce - 50 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Oregano - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken meat until golden brown on both sides.
Cool slightly and cut into small pieces.
Chop the feta, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and lettuce.
Peel and chop the onion.
Mix vegetables, chicken, olives, feta and salad leaves.
Add salt, oregano, olive oil and mix gently.
