I tried this salad for the first time in a restaurant. Juicy and moderately spicy, I liked it so much that I decided to learn how to cook it myself. It turned out that everything is quite simple. It is only important to properly fry a piece of beef.
Ingredients
- Beef (steak) – 300 g
- Radish - 100 g
- Salad mix - 250 g
- Celery - 100 g
- Pickled ginger - 20 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef and dry it thoroughly with paper towels.
Preheat the vegetable oil, put the beef and fry for up to 2 minutes on each side over high heat. Adjust the degree of roasting to your liking.
Put the finished meat on a board and cut it.
Chop radishes, celery and pickled ginger.
Mix everything, add salad mix, salt and ground pepper.
Pour in lemon juice, olive oil and mix gently.
