A very unusual vegetable salad with Peking cabbage will appeal to all lovers of spicy. It is suitable for vegetarians and those who adhere to a strict diet. This is a big plus of Asian cuisine: there are very few calories, but the taste is very rich.
Ingredients
For salad:
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Cherry tomatoes - 160 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 3 of the clove
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Sesame - 3 art.l.
For refueling:
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the Peking cabbage and mash it with your hands.
Cut the cherry into quarters, grate the carrots on a Korean grater and chop the garlic and chili.
Add sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad.
Stir and let it brew for two hours.
