One of the most interesting salads with green tomatoes from all that I have met! Moreover, it can be served immediately, or you can give it a good night to marinate under the lid. Choose tomatoes smaller, with a sweet taste.
Ingredients
- Green tomatoes - 600 g
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 art.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 pinch
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the tomatoes smaller, pour olive oil and vinegar and season to taste.
Add the Korean carrots and mix the salad.
Add the chopped garlic, chili and cilantro, and mix again.
