When there is no time to cook several dishes, I prefer a hearty salad. Most often I use meat or chicken liver as the main ingredient. Today I decided to choose the second option. Let's try to cook it together.
Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 400 g
- Zucchini (pickled) – 200 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp.l .
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the chicken liver, peel off the films and dry it.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the liver until tender.
Chop the pickled zucchini and peeled bell pepper.
In a separate frying pan, heat the remaining oil and fry the bell pepper for 3-5 minutes.
Put the pepper on a plate and sprinkle with apple cider vinegar.
Add chicken liver and pickled zucchini.
Pepper, salt and mix.
