Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 150 g
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 250 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
- Quail eggs - 3 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut chicken fillet, cucumbers, peeled bell pepper and chicken eggs.
Peel the quail eggs from the shell and set aside for decoration.
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a grater for Korean carrots.
Rinse, squeeze well, mix with ground pepper and salt.
Fry the potatoes in a preheated frying pan with oil and put them on a paper napkin to remove excess fat.
Mix fillets, cucumbers, chicken eggs and bell pepper.
Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Put the salad on a plate with a slide, sprinkle generously with fried potatoes.
Make a small recess on top and fill it with quail eggs. Additionally, you can decorate the salad with fresh herbs.
