Salad with melon, prosciutto and goat cheese is an exquisite and original dish. It is prepared quickly, so it is definitely worth a try. Melon can be taken of any variety, but it is desirable that it be at least sweet.
Ingredients
- Salad mix - 30 g
- Melon - 2-3 slices
- Prosciutto - 30 g
- Goat cheese - 50 g
- Teriyaki sauce - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Spices and seasonings - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the salad mix with running water, then dry it and put it on a plate. Large leaves can be torn with your hands.
Cut the peel from the melon slices, cut the flesh into pieces and put it on top of the salad mix. Also put the prosciutto on a plate, folding the strips several times.
Crumble the goat cheese and put it on top of the salad. You can also cut the cheese into small cubes.
Add a little salt and spices, sprinkle the salad with teriyaki sauce. You can also use soy sauce, olive oil, a small amount of lemon or lime juice.
