Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 600 g
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Thyme - 2 twigs
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Dried chili pepper - 2 pinches
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice, unwrap and chop the turkey breast into one thin layer.
Sprinkle with all the spices and chopped herbs, and then roll up a tight roll.
