Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender. Add the chopped potatoes to the broth, and cook until soft.
Chop the leeks and also send them to the broth. There is also sauerkraut.
Chop the sorrel and all the greens and put them there in 5 minutes.
Bring the green borscht to a boil, season to taste and serve with boiled egg.
