To cook delicious wings, it is not necessary to run to the store for expensive spices and sauces. Fresh parsley and garlic will do the job perfectly. It is convenient to cook in a sleeve, but you can also use a mold with a tightly closing lid.

- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Parsley - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them and cut them into joints.
Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
Mix the wings, parsley, garlic, ground pepper, salt and oil.
Mix with your hands, lightly massaging each piece. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 1.5 hours at room temperature.
Put the wings in the sleeve, tie them tightly and send them to the oven for 40 minutes, preheated to 190 degrees.
