Traditionally, millet porridge is cooked in milk or water. But why limit ourselves to such a small number of options when we already have much more diverse possibilities available to us. For example, this time I suggest taking coconut milk.
Ingredients
- Millet - 100 g
- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Soy milk - 100 ml
- Apples - 150 g
- Dried apricots - 30 g
- Raisins - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the millet and boil for 10 minutes in plain water.
Drain the water, add coconut and soy milk, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add grated apple, raisins and dried apricots, and cook the same amount more.
