Wash the salmon steaks and dry them with paper towels.
Season with salt and pepper on all sides. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Cut half a lemon into slices. Set aside a couple for serving, squeeze out the juice from the rest.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out the steaks and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Turn it over, put the broccoli next to it and sprinkle everything with lemon juice. Cover with a lid and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and leave the finished dish under the lid for 5-7 minutes. When serving, add lemon slices.
