Fruits can be added to the casserole in different ways, and I prefer to just cut them into pieces. In this case, the dough is best cooked on whipped whites and with semolina instead of flour. Everything is perfect in this combination!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Sour cream - 5 art.l.
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Kiwi - 1 piece
- Peaches - 1 piece
- Bananas - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix semolina with sour cream and leave for 15 minutes.
Whisk semolina with cottage cheese and eggs with a blender until smooth. You can add sugar or a substitute.
Cut the fruit into small cubes and mix into the dough.
Cover the bowl of the slow cooker with parchment and put the curd mass there.
Cook the casserole for 50 minutes in baking mode.
