Wings are often baked in mayonnaise, sauces or ketchup. If you like the crispy version, it's better to cook them in spices. In order for the dry billet to pan the wings well, mix them beforehand with vegetable oil.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 art.l.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Starch - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Turmeric - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the chicken wings and dry thoroughly.
Mix flour, starch, spices and salt.
Pour oil into a bowl with wings and mix.
Pour in the dry billet with spices and mix again.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the wings and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
Gently flip the wings to the other side and brown for another 7-10 minutes.
