Cottage cheese casserole with oatmeal and blueberries

Oatmeal gives the usual cottage cheese casserole a completely new texture of dough. This is a great experiment, especially if you like oatmeal in everyday life. And so that the casserole is not dry, add mute blueberries.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Oat flakes - 1 glass
- Sour cream - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Blueberries - 150 g
- Sugar - 5 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the yolks, sugar, oat flakes and sour cream, and leave for 15 minutes.
Add cottage cheese and mix.
Whisk the whites to peaks and also mix into the dough.
At the very end, add the blueberries, put the mass into the mold and cook the casserole in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
