You will be surprised how easy it is to prepare this dish using a slow cooker. You do not have to use additional dishes and shift the blanks from the bowl of the appliance. Carefully follow the sequence and you will get an appetizing casserole.
Ingredients
- Pasta - 200 g
- Ground beef - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese (solid) – 50 g
- Milk - 3 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel onion and bell pepper, chop.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Activate the "Frying" mode and fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
Add the bell pepper and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Add the minced meat, ground black pepper, salt and fry for 10 minutes, carefully kneading all the lumps with a spatula.
Add pasta, boiling water and close the lid. Activate the "Cooking" mode for 15 minutes.
In a separate container, mix eggs, milk, ground pepper and salt.
Pour the filling into the slow cooker, sprinkle the cheese evenly and close the lid again. Cook for 35-40 minutes on the Baking program.
