For this recipe, you will need a dark beer. It will perfectly cope with the role of a marinade even with a minimum amount of spices. The wings will turn out very tasty. I advise you to give preference to beer with a shelf life of no more than 6 months.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Dark Beer - 500 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Curry - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly and cut them into joints.
Add spices, salt, beer and mix.
Cover the bowl with the wings with a lid and leave for 1.5 hours at room temperature.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, grease with oil and lay out the wings.
Bake for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
