There are as many recipes for cottage cheese casserole as there are housewives all over the country. And possibly all over the world. Because everyone has their own secrets of cooking this classic homemade dessert in stock. Today I will share mine – with vanilla and raisins!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Raisins - 100 g
- Vanilla Extract - 3-4 drops
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Flour - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese with a blender, add milk and whisk again.
Separately beat eggs with sugar and combine both masses.
Add raisins, sour cream, flour and vanilla extract. Mix again and leave for 10 minutes.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake the casserole in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
