Ingredients
- Beef - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Tomato sauce - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper (coarse grinding) – to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, dry it and cut it into small cubes.
Peel and chop the bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour in the beef and fry well.
Add the chopped onion and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes.
Add the bell pepper, tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add garlic, soy and tomato sauces.
Mix warm water with flour and pour into a frying pan with meat. Cover with a lid and simmer for 45 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and remove from heat.
