Asparagus is one of the most popular side dishes for any baked fish, and trout is no exception. There are two reasons for this. Firstly, it is a wonderful compatibility of tastes. And secondly, both of these ingredients are prepared at the same time. In addition, I suggest adding herbs and leeks. And when serving – salad leaves and a handful of olives.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the trout and put lemon circles in the belly.

Cut the leeks into rings, and cut off the hard part of the asparagus.

Put everything in a mold, pour olive oil and sprinkle with spices and chopped dill.

Bake the trout in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
