It is unlikely that wings can be cooked tasteless. Unless you overexpose them in the oven or use unsuitable spices. But everything is perfect in this recipe! And in order for the wings to bake evenly, turn them over several times during the baking process.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 3 art.l.
- Oyster sauce - 3 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly and cut them into joints.
Peel the hot pepper from the seeds and finely chop.
Mix the wings, hot pepper, spices and salt.
In a separate container, mix the sauces, honey, butter and garlic passed through the press.
Pour the marinade into the wings, mix and cover with cling film for 1.5 hours.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the wings and bake for 35-40 minutes in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees.
