Flour in draniki is needed in order to achieve a convenient consistency of the dough. It binds potato starch and thickens the whole mass. But in general, you can do fine without it. Unless your draniki are likely to turn out thinner.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Dill - 6 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the peeled potatoes, squeeze and season.
Add the eggs and chopped herbs, and mix everything thoroughly.
Spread the draniki with a spoon on a hot frying pan and fry on medium heat on both sides.
