I am happy to cook pilaf for the second. This dish is loved by everyone in our family, and with the advent of the slow cooker, the cooking process has become even easier. I offer you an interesting recipe. Instead of carrots, we will use Bulgarian pepper.
Ingredients
- Chicken - 400 g
- Fig - 250 g
- Bell pepper - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Black Pepper - 2 peas
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (hot) – 3 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken, peeled onion and bell pepper.
Turn on the "Frying" mode, heat the oil and fry the chicken until golden brown. Try to make each piece thoroughly browned from all sides.
Add onion, bell pepper and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes.
Add spices, washed rice, salt and hot water.
Close the lid and turn on the Pilaf program for 40 minutes.
