- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Bacon - 100 g
- Pumpkin - 100 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Ricotta - 150 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 30 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the bacon and peeled pumpkin.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Pour in the pumpkin and fry until golden brown.
Pour in water and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
Beat eggs lightly with milk, salt and ground pepper.
Add the ricotta and mix until smooth.
Add the pumpkin, bacon and mix again.
Grease the mold with olive oil, put the prepared mass and bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
