Ingredients
- Minced lamb - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion and garlic from the husk and finely chop.
Mix the minced meat, garlic, onion and lightly beaten egg.
Sprinkle with flour, salt, ground pepper and mix well.
Form small cutlets of the same size, roll them in breadcrumbs and put them in a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
