Ingredients
- Pearl barley - 0.5 glasses
- Milk - 1.5 glasses
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the pearl barley, fill with water, bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
Drain the water, flip the cereal into a colander and send it back to the pan.
Pour the pearl barley with milk, add sugar and vanilla and cook until tender over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
