I have several recipes for cooking rice porridge in the microwave, and this version with cream is one of the best. I advise you to serve it with jam, chopped dried fruits or candied fruits – delicious, satisfying and healthy.
Ingredients
- Fig - 150 g
- Cream - 250 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Coconut chips - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Orange peel - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the rice, mix with sugar and salt, and pour water with cream.
Put the porridge in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power.
Stir, add the zest and coconut chips, and send for another 5-6 minutes.
