- Potatoes - 400 g
- Vegetable broth - 700 ml
- Cream - 200 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cheddar Cheese - 100 g
- Bacon - 150 g
- Greenery - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the potatoes and boil in the broth until tender.
Fry the onion in oil until golden, send it to the potatoes and chop everything with a blender.
Pour in the cream, warm up the soup again and season.
Fry the finely chopped bacon in a dry frying pan.
Sprinkle the soup with bacon, grated cheddar and chopped herbs.
