Such a simple cream soup of green peas can be prepared in different ways. Today I propose to make it in a slow cooker – very quickly and conveniently. And as a base for the broth, take chicken fillet.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Peas - 300 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Cream - 200 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Leek - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken with a blender until smooth.
Send this mass to the bowl of the slow cooker. Immediately put the peas, chopped leeks there and fill with water.
Mix everything together and cook for half an hour in the "Soup" mode.
Add chopped herbs, garlic, cream and spices. Grind everything with a blender until smooth.
