Lagman certainly occupies one of the first places among hearty and thick soups. I cook it with radish, without potatoes and hot spices. As for noodles, you can buy them at the store or cook them at home. It already depends on the time and circumstances.
Ingredients
- Meat - 500 g
- Noodles - 150 g
- Radish - 300 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green onion - 3 stems
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the meat, peeled radish, carrots and onions.
Heat the oil in a deep cauldron, add the meat and fry until golden brown.
Add onions with carrots and black pepper peas. Continue cooking for 4-5 minutes.
Add radish and tomato paste mixed with 100 ml of hot water. Simmer all together for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour boiling water, cover and cook for half an hour on low heat.
Add salt, sprinkle with chopped green onions and turn off.
In a separate saucepan, boil the noodles until tender.
Arrange the noodles on plates, add the soup with meat and vegetables.
