Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the chicken with water and put it to cook until tender.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry in oil for 5 minutes.

Add finely chopped potatoes and pearl barley to the boiling broth.

After 5-7 minutes, add the roast, and after 2-3 more – all the spices to taste.

Cook the soup until the cereals are ready.
