If you want to diversify the okroshka with new flavors and colors – I suggest adding Bulgarian pepper! It is better to choose bright red or orange varieties to make it even more interesting and colorful. Even children will like it!
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Celery - 2 of the stem
- Radish - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Green onion - 0.5 bundles
- Sour cream - 5 art.l.
- Water - 1-1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop all the vegetables and herbs as small as possible.
Mix everything with sour cream, season if desired and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Fill the okroshka with water or kvass to taste.
