Among all the ways to bake chicken with apples, this recipe with chicken legs and onions is one of my favorites. No one can resist such a fragrant dish! You can safely cook it even for a festive table!
Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 8 pieces
- Apples - 3 pieces
- Orange juice - 100 ml
- Soy sauce - 40 ml
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Honey - 1 tbsp.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Onion - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples and onions into slices and put them in a mold.
Put the chicken legs on top.
Mix the remaining ingredients into the marinade and pour over the dish.
Put everything in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
