Most often pork ribs in a wide variety of marinades are cooked in the oven. But it's long and not always convenient. Therefore, I want to share with you a proven recipe for ribs in a frying pan. Yes, and not just like that, but in honey-soy sauce.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 800 g
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Honey - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Chili pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix chopped onion, garlic, chili and soy sauce with honey and spices.
Bring the mass to a boil, boil for a minute and whisk with a blender.
Marinate the ribs in the sauce and leave for an hour.
Fry them in a frying pan on both sides for about 20-25 minutes, turning them over every 5 minutes.
In the process, lubricate the ribs with the remaining sauce.
