- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Raisins - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the raisins in hot water for 5 minutes and dry.
Rub the cottage cheese with honey and eggs until smooth. Stir in the rice flour.
Add the raisins, mix and put the mass in a baking dish.
Put the dish in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
