The cost of offal is low, so I often buy them and try new recipes. Recently, for example, I cooked a barbecue of chicken hearts in soy sauce. Everyone really liked the experimental dish, and we decided to repeat it in the near future.
Ingredients
- Chicken hearts - 1,5 kg
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the chicken hearts from the films and the remaining vessels, rinse, put in a bowl.
Add garlic, oil, soy sauce, ground pepper and salt passed through the press.
Mix, cover with foil and put in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Put the hearts on the prepared skewers and fry on the grill for 15-20 minutes, turning them over often. In the process, I recommend greasing the hearts with the remnants of the marinade.
