Wash the spinach with boiling water.

Slice the baguette, tomatoes and basil.

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Mix eggs, milk, cheese, mustard, salt and ground pepper.

Turn on the "Frying" program, pour in olive oil and lightly brown the baguette on both sides.

Put the fried baguette, spinach, tomatoes and basil in a bowl.

Pour in the prepared filling, close the lid and cook on the Baking mode for 45 minutes.
