A great option for a healthy and satisfying casserole based on cottage cheese. With carrots and rice, an unusual combination is obtained, which can be supplemented with both sugar and spicy spices. When serving, I advise sprinkling the casserole with almond flakes.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Fig (boiled) – 120 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Semolina - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender and cool.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater, grind the cottage cheese and mix everything together.
Add rice, eggs, semolina and spices, mix the mass.
Put everything in a mold and put it in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 170 degrees.
