Ingredients
- Turkey - 500 g
- Cream cheese - 140 g
- Champignons - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut and spread the turkey in one layer, chop and rub with spices.
Coarsely chop the mushrooms, lightly fry and put on the turkey.
Spread the cream cheese over the surface and roll up a tight roll. Rub the spices again.
Bake the roll in the oven for 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
