Do you want to surprise your guests, family or just please yourself after a hard day? Prepare salmon cutlets. The exquisite dish turns out to be very tender and delicious. Try not to overdo the cutlets in the pan, otherwise they will lose their juiciness.

Break the bread into pieces and pour warm milk for 10 minutes.

Peel the onion from the husk and chop.

Chop the salmon fillet, put it in a blender and chop it to minced meat.

Mix the minced meat, onion, egg, salt, ground pepper and lightly pressed bread.

Form small cutlets of the same size with your hands and put them on a preheated frying pan with oil.

Fry the cutlets for 5 minutes on medium heat, turn over to the other side, cover with a lid, turn down the heat and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
