If you don't really like to cook complex multicomponent dishes – this pea soup is just for you. I advise you to serve it with crackers, and with homemade, freshly cooked in a frying pan or in the oven.
Ingredients
- Peas (crushed) – 200 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas in advance for a couple of hours.
Coarsely chop the chicken, cover with water, add the peas and cook everything together until tender.
Chop the onion and carrot, and fry in butter.
Add the roast and spices to the soup, boil for another 5 minutes and grind with a blender.
