Chicken chops with tomatoes, cheese and curry in the oven

In cooking, as in everything else, you always need to learn, try something new and experiment. So recently I discovered a new recipe for chops. With curry, they turn out not only more beautiful, but also tastier. Be sure to try it!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 700 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Tomatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into plates 1.5 centimeters thick.
Beat well with a hammer on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs with salt, curry and flour.
Cut tomatoes into thin slices, grate cheese.
Dip the chops in the batter and fry in vegetable oil for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the chops and smear with sour cream.
Lay out the tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake the chops for 20 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
